Changes in parking

We’re looking forward to seeing you.

You will now have the option to park outside in the lot on the north side of the building or in the underground garage.

Patient parking will be validated for up to 2 hours as always.

Outside Parking

  • When parking in the outside lot, make sure to remember your license plate number.
  • Upon arrival at our office, you will be asked to enter your license plate on a tablet at reception.
  • Your parking will then be validated for 2 hours.

Underground Garage Parking

  • To enter the garage, you will need to tap a credit or debit card at the entrance.
  • Once in the office, you will tap the same card on a validation device at our reception.
  • When exiting, you will need to tap the same card again when driving through the exit gate.

Important: The same card must be used for entry, validation, and exit to ensure your parking is properly validated.

You will no longer sign in at the security desk.

If you are having any issues at the parking gate or during entry/exit, please use the intercom button and let them know you are visiting Abbott Dental.

I have never seen a dental office like this before. Having recently moved to Toronto I was referred to Dr. Abbott by a friend. This office is full of fun people who really love their jobs and their patients. And Dr. Abbott is the most professional dentist I have ever met. Her knowledge and genuine interest in the well being of her patients is evident from the first visit. She even called me later that evening to see if I was okay as I had expressed concern about some gum pain. What dentist does that?

I have had Dr. Abbott as a dentist since she first started. I now live in Newmarket and travel to North York just to see her. Would not change dentists.
